Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) round steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 clove garlic
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 onion, diced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat flour, garlic, salt and pepper into steak.
    Place in baking dish.
    Add stewed tomatoes, onion and bell pepper.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add 1 cup of Swiss cheese.
    Return to oven for 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
    Great with garlic bread and green salad.
