Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oleo or butter
2 c. white sugar
20 oz. can chunk pineapple
2 whole eggs
8 to 10 slices bread
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar, milk and eggs until creamy.
Stir in pineapple with liquid.
Pinch off bread and stir into mixture, 2 slices at a time.
Put into greased 2-quart baking dish.
