Aunt Sharon'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large stuffing mushrooms
1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, thawed and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 small onion, grated
3/4 c. bread crumbs
Italian salad dressing
Preparation

Marinate mushrooms in salad dressing for at least 1 hour, but no more than 1 1/2 hours; drain.
Remove stems.
Chop (fine) a few of the stems and mix the rest of the ingredients.
Stuff the caps. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
