Peaches And Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. butter cake mix
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. chopped fresh peaches
1/2 c. water
2 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 peaches, sliced
Preparation

Prepare cake as directed, using two (8-inch) pans.
Cool and split each layer. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Add chopped peaches and water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
Cool completely.
