Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 medium onion, diced
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Cook carrots until just tender.
Cool and combine all ingredients.
Marinate 12 hours.
These keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
