Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    3/4 c. water
    1 medium head lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
    1 large tomato, cut in wedges
    1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated in rings
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
Preparation
    In skillet, brown meat. Sprinkle soup mix over meat; stir in water. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Combine lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, olives and cheese; toss well. Place lettuce mixture on individual salad plates. Spoon on meat. Top with corn chips.
