Cream Of Wheat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. Cream of Wheat
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. ketchup
3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seasoning salt (Lawry's)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well (best mixed with your hands).
Form for your choice of baking pan.
Bake uncovered on 400\u00b0 for approximately 45 min.
Drain excess grease.
Top with ketchup and bake 5 more min.
