City Chicken "Legs" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal
    1 1/2 lb. pork
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. water
    3 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. shortening
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1/2 inch squares. Thread meat on 12 small skewers to form \"legs\". Roll in flour and in eggs beaten with water; roll in bread crumbs. Melt shortening in frying pan and brown meat.
