Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, boiled in skins, peeled and grated
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 cube margarine
    1 pt. sour cream (16 oz.)
    green onions (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Heat margarine and soup, then mix in sour cream. Season with cheese on top. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan until bubbles on top. Or top with chips, broccoli, cooked chicken burger.
