Pork Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 slices bread, torn in small pieces or 24 crushed saltine crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    1 onion, chopped fine
    dash of sage
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk.
    Soak bread or cracker crumbs in milk and egg.
    Add meat, onion and seasonings.
    Shape into patties and fry.
