Perfectly Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

3 c. half and half
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
24 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In saucepan, heat half and half, butter and salt.
Spread potatoes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Pour heated mixture over potatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 60 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
