Mexican Bean Spread - cooking recipe

1 can dark red kidney beans
1 small onion
3 Tbsp. catsup
herb salt
freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Blend in a food processor, adding more catsup if needed for desired consistency. Makes about 1 1/4 cups (serving size is 2 ounces or 1/2 cup). Contains 90 calories per serving.
