Red Hot Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. minced onions
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    6 c. chopped canned tomatoes and their liquid
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    parsley
    scallions
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in olive oil and butter in large saucepan or kettle.
    Cook until translucent.
    Add salt, peppers, honey and tomatoes.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour on low heat.
