Peaches And Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. peach jello
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    3 c. peaches
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small banana
    1 c. pecans
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. half and half
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. whipped cream
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. pureed peaches
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; add 3/4 cup cold water and mix well.
    Chill to egg white consistency.\tStir in 3 cups peaches, 1 tablespoon sugar, sliced banana and chopped pecans. Pour into 8-cup mold and
    chill
    until set.
    Soften Knox gelatine in 3 tablespoons cold water.
    Scald the half and half and stir into gelatine.
    Beat
    remaining
    ingredients together and join with
    half\tand
    half
    mixture.
    Pour
    the\twell-blended mixture over the jello and chill at least 8 hours.
