Icebox Tea Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    pinch of salt
    2 c. sugar
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar well.
    Add beaten eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, salt and vinegar.
    Mix until well blended.
    Sift together flour, soda and baking powder; add to mixture.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    Shape into silver dollar size rolls.
    Wrap in wax paper.
    Chill until ready to bake.
    Slice thin.
    Bake on greased cookie sheet, 8 to 10 minutes (350\u00b0) or until light brown.
