Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. (1 lb.) lard
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut lard into flour and baking powder.
    Beat 1 egg.
    Add 1/2 cup water and 2 teaspoons lemon juice; add to flour/lard mixture. This will keep in icebox for several weeks.
    Makes 3 double crust pies.
