Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    8 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    oleo
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Mix all but last 3 ingredients.
    Put in greased casserole. Top with cornflake crumbs, dot with oleo and sprinkle almonds on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until thoroughly heated.
