Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    1 lb. backfin crab meat, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients and salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
    Shape mixture into patties.
    Fry in hot oil in skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
