Frankfurter Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 medium white potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
1 to 2 large onions, peeled and sliced
1 large can sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. frankfurters
Preparation

Saute onions in a little butter until golden.
Set aside. Drain sauerkraut and place on bottom of baking pan.
Spread mashed potatoes over sauerkraut.
Arrange frankfurters on potatoes. Arrange sauteed onions over frankfurters.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
