Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bell pepper, diced
    4 stalks celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt to taste
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2 lb. raw shrimp
Preparation
    Saute bell pepper, onions and celery in cooking oil.
    Add chili powder, salt, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
    Simmer 30 minutes; add shrimp and cook 15 minutes longer.
    Serve over rice.
    Yields 4 servings.
