Potato Soup Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. instant potatoes
1 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
2 tsp. dried minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. dried whole thyme
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1/8 tsp. turmeric
Preparation

Combine all ingredients until well blended.
Store in airtight container (2 1/2 cups).
To 1/4 cup, mix and add 1 cup boiling water.
Stir until smooth.
Let soup set 1 to 2 minutes to thicken slightly.
