Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. water, with food coloring

Preparation

Mix well and cook on medium heat until all is one ball.
Cool and store in airtight container.
