Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 medium diced onion
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. Ricotta cheese (or small curd cottage cheese)
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
1 large tomato, sliced
2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl.
Mix next 3 ingredients in another bowl; set aside.
Place cooked spinach in bottom of an 8 x 10-inch pan.
Spread cheese mixture over spinach.
Layer uncooked noodles.
Pour tomato mixture over noodles.
Top with sliced tomatoes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
