Corque Monsieur - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 slices firm textured white bread
 
melted butter
thin sliced baked ham
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. white wine
Preparation
- 
                            Dip bread in melted butter and brown on both sides on griddle. Cover 2 slices with ham.
 
Top with second slice bread.
Melt cheese with wine over hot water.
Cover the sandwiches with the cheese mixture.
Serve.
