Butterfly Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flank (sirloin) steak
    1/3 c. shoyu sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/4 tsp. grated ginger
    2 stalks green onion, minced
    1 tsp. sesame oil or 1 tsp. sesame seed
    flour for coating
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Slice flank steak diagonally into thin strips.
    (Slice sirloin into 1/4-inch slices.)
    Mix remaining ingredients, except flour and oil.
    Soak meat for 10 minutes in sauce.
    Coat with flour. Deep fry.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
