Baked Potato Skins(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Idaho potatoes
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 lb. Alpine Lace low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 small onion, sliced thin
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Slice lengthwise and scoop out potato.
    Save potato for another dish.
    Cut skins into quarters; fill with mushrooms and sliced onion.
    Put cheese on top. Bake in a 250\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted.
