Taco Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. salsa
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up
tortilla chips
green onion (optional)
tomatoes (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat in large skillet and drain. Stir in 2 3/4 cups water, salsa and chili powder. Bring to boil; stir in macaroni. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until water is almost absorbed. Add cheese and stir until melted. Top with crushed tortilla chips. (Green onions and tomatoes, chopped, are optional.)
