Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Lightly brown meat, onions and celery.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and put into casserole.
    Cover and bake in 325\u00b0 oven 1 hour, stirring several times.
