Hot Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. lean ground meat
    4 large onions
    4 cloves garlic
    2 large bell peppers
    3 pieces celery
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 1/2 oz. chili powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop the first five ingredients and fry.
    Mash frequently to keep meat in small pieces.
    Season with cumin and chili powder. Cook more, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
