Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. slivered almonds or water chestnuts
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. pimentos
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Put 2 cups of crushed potato chips in bottom of casserole (save some for the top).
    Put rest of ingredients in casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 8.
