Ingredients

4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Blend together sugar and flour.
Stir into eggs with remaining ingredients.
Mix by hand or with mixer.
Pour into 2 greased 9-inch pie pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until coconut is browned and pie is firm.
