6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco or oleo
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 small can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Cream eggs, shortening and sugar.
Stir flour, vanilla and coconut into mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in tube or Bundt pan.
