Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. hot cooked rice
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    grated cheese or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut tops off peppers; remove seeds and membranes.
    Parboil in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
    Saute beef and onions in butter until cooked through.
