Glazed Fruited Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (29 oz. each) jars fruits for salad
1 1/3 c. salad dressing
2 (7 oz. each) pkg. herb stuffing
8 boned chicken breasts
dash of pepper
salt (if desired)
2 (12 oz. each) jars orange marmalade
Preparation

Drain fruit; set aside.
Reserve 1/2 cup liquid.
Stir liquid into salad dressing.
Stir over medium heat until it boils.
Add stuffing.
Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Add chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Brush with additional salad dressing.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Melt marmalade; arrange fruit around chicken.
Brush with marmalade.
Bake 15 minutes.
Serves 8.
