Ranch Hand Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. butter
    2 c. ham, diced
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 sour dough or English muffins
    4 Tbsp. chunky taco sauce
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    On a griddle or skillet, heat butter.
    Saute ham until heated and starting to get crisp.
    Sprinkle with cheese, cover and heat on low flame.
    Toast and butter muffins with spatula; remove equal amounts of ham and cheese.
    Place on open-faced muffins.
    Dollop with taco sauce and sour cream.
    Serves 4.
