Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
1 row Ritz crackers
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Mix pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese.
Spread a thin layer of Ritz crackers in a 8 x 11-inch or similar size pan.
Pour in pineapple mixture. Top with remaining crackers.
Drizzle margarine on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crackers brown.
