Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 yellow squash, sliced
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 carrot, grated
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 small jar chopped pimientos
    1 pkg. dry Stove Top cornbread dressing mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount water.
    Drain.
    Mash and add 1 stick margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Put in a buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
