Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt and water to boil potatoes
Preparation
    Cover sweet potatoes in salt water and hard boil for 5 minutes.
    Pour all the water off.
    Add butter, sugar and nutmeg. Cover with tight lid and reduce heat as low as possible.
    Cook about 1 hour or until syrup thickens.
