Cherry Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine (soft)
    2 c. flour (plain)
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 large Cool Whip
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cherry pie filling
    2 drops red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix margarine, flour and pecans with your hands.
    Press into bottom of baking dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour; cool.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
    Fold in Cool Whip and lightly spread on baked pecan mixture.
    Add 2 drops of food coloring to cherry pie filling and spread this on top of Cool Whip.
    Place in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
