Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese
2 c. macaroni, cooked as directed
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mustard until smooth.
Gradually stir in milk.
Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until thickened (about 10 minutes).
Remove from heat.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Pour over macaroni; mix well.
Put remaining cheese over top.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
