Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. apricot or peach preserves
    1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 large onions, quartered
    about 4 lb. chicken (legs, thighs or breasts)
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients.
    Spoon over chicken and onions in roasting pan.
    Bake about 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
