Low-Fat Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. applesauce
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
    In a 2 cup measure, mix milk, applesauce and egg.
    Combine liquid and dry ingredients, mixing just to combine.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Fill muffin cups that have been sprayed with cooking spray, 3/4 full.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Muffins should be golden brown.
    For children under 4, omit raisins.
