Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1/2 c. white wine
    4 chicken cutlets
    2 Tbsp. butter
    flour (enough to coat cutlets)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Dredge cutlets in flour.
    In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil and butter (or margarine).
    Saute chicken until golden brown on both sides.
    Add garlic, wine and lemon juice.
    Cover; simmer until tender (10 minutes or so).
    Remove chicken to plate; keep warm.
    Boil sauce in skillet until slightly thick.
    Add parsley; stir and spoon over chicken.
