Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/3 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Pour flour and sugar together; cut in shortening.
    Add yeast and milk.
    Knead on a floured board.
    Roll out dough.
    Cut biscuits and brush with melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
