Breakfast Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soft shortening
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat first three ingredients together thoroughly.
    Sift together next four ingredients.
    Stir in alternately with milk. Pour into well-greased and floured tiny muffin tins (half full). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
