Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corn tortillas, cut into quarters
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 small chopped green bell pepper
    1 small chopped onion
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    garlic to taste
    6 cooked and chopped chicken breasts
    1 to 2 c. shredded cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can chopped and drained tomatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Line bottom and side of 2-quart baking dish with tortillas.
    Combine soup, green pepper, onion, chili powder and garlic in medium bowl.
    Mix well.
    Layer half the soup mixture, chicken and cheese in prepared dish. Add layers of remaining tortillas, soup mixture, chicken and cheese. Top with tomatoes. Bake for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
