Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    7/8 c. milk
    1 tsp. melted margarine or butter
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt; gradually add milk to flour in a bowl.
    Add melted butter.
    Beat batter for 2 minutes with mixer. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 14 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes more.
    Serve hot.
    Can be filled with creamed vegetables or meat or served alone.
