Cream Nut Fudge(Recipe Over 100 Years Old) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. whipping cream
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. white syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix cream, sugar and syrup.
    Cook slow, stirring occasionally. Cook between soft and hard ball stage or 240\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
    It takes 50 to 60 minutes at low boil.
