Crispy Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
3 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 clove garlic, crushed
6 skinless chicken thighs (2 lb.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a large baking pan with cooking spray.
In a pie plate, mix buttermilk and pepper sauce.
On wax paper, mix dry ingredients.
In custard cup, mix butter and garlic.
Dip into buttermilk, then flour mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy.
Makes 6 servings.
