Vegetable Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lasagna
    1 lb. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 small broccoli stalks with florets, cooked for 5 minutes in boiling water, drained and chopped (2 c.)
    1 c. finely chopped mushrooms
    2 scallions, finely chopped
    1/4 c. fresh or 2 tsp. dried basil
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
    freshly ground pepper
    homemade or 8 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook lasagna 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and dry on paper towel.
